1. Acceptance of Terms
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Sleepycomics.com.

4. Site Content
• Sleepycomics.com forbids any of the following types of content:
  Pornography of any kind.
  Material of EXPLICIT sexual nature.
  Commercial videos.
  Pictures or video depicting real world people.
• Sleepycomics.com has content which contains various forms of nudity. Nudity is allowed only if it is artistic in nature and not sexually explicit.
5. Limitation of Liability
By accepting these terms, you agree that the owner of Sleepycomics.com is in no way liable for direct or indiret damages done to you (tangible or intangible). In particular, the owner of Sleepycomics.com is not liable for:
• ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.. • Any damage done to your personal reputation as a result of anything you post on Sleepycomics.com.
6. Copyright Policy
The names "Sleepycomics.com", "sleepycomics", "sleepy comics" and other derivatives are owned by Sleepycomics.com and may not be used anywhere else without the permission of the owner.
Sleepycomics.com does not hold the copyright to any of the content in the database unless such content was produced originally by the owner of Sleepycomics.com.
Furthermore, the Black Cat image featured on the Sleepycomics.com logo is owned by Marvel Comics. All avatars, logos and icons are copyrighted to their respective owners.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
You agree that any information you provide to Sleepycomics.com is now the intellectual property of Sleepycomics.com and that Sleepycomics.com has full rights to use such information in anyway it pleases. The data stored in the Sleepycomics.com servers may not be copied or used anywhere without permission from the owner.
8. Other Content
Sleepycomics.com contains many links to outside websites, and Sleepycomics.com is in no way liable for the type of content that appears on those websites.
